How to Use
Keyboard Buddy: Place in front of your keyboard for wrist support, or drape over your shoulders for warmth and grounding.

Mouse Buddy: Use under your wrist while using your mouse for comfort and light pressure. It can also be used as a fidget or sensory grounding tool.

Heating: Microwave for 2–3 minutes for the keyboard buddy and 30 seconds to 1 minute 30 seconds for the mouse buddy, depending on your preference and microwave strength. Always test before use.
