The Wellness Wheel | Holistic Awareness Harmony Wheel and Self-compassion Awareness Wheel © 2026. Strategies to sustain centredness\, connection\, and clarity — even on difficult days. Because when you are regulated\, you are better able to function effectively\, respond with intention\, and support others more sustainably. \nIn this workshop\, you’ll explore:\n* Practical tools to support your nervous system.\n* Regulation practices tailored for high-demand teaching settings.\n* The Wellness Wheel | Holistic Awareness Harmony Wheel and Self-compassion Awareness Wheel © 2026\n* Strategies to sustain centredness\, connection\, and clarity—even on difficult days. Because when you are regulated\, you can function effectively and respond with intention. \n📘 There is a workbook that aligns with SACE Type 3 CPTD criteria.
